- Glass of dry rosé Reverón with 2 pieces of flamed salmon nigiri.
- Glass of fruity white with 2 pieces of spicy tuna nigiri.
- Glass of dry white with 2 uramakis filled with surimi, cucumber, and cream cheese.
- Glass of white Mavi with 2 uramakis filled with surimi, cucumber, and kimchi mayo sauce.
- Glass of young red wine with 2 fried rice boats filled with salmon tartare.
- Glass of naturally sweet white wine (Best Wine of Canary Islands 2022) with a portion of Japanese matcha tea cheesecake.
